Clients decide the most purposeful level of service for them. This can range from simple weekly meal plans based on an initial consultation and assessment of course, right the way through to weekly sessions with our health coach who will address lifestyle habits, eating behaviours and your psychological approach to food supporting you all the way to your end goal and beyond.
As ever we work smart so our assessment is thorough and specific to you, your likes and dislikes. Your progress in weight loss, gain or maintenance as well as health parameters are carefully monitored throughout. We also provide a full kitchen service where we will teach your kitchen staff in your own kitchen how to prepare healthy meals for you and your family so the whole house can benefit.
