Most clients use 24N Physio regularly as prehabilitation with a view to injury prevention, our recommendation is once a week. The beauty of this service as an addition to your training program is the reassurance that treatment and prehabilitation is in conjunction with your fitness goals. Lorenzo and your trainer will communicate and work together to make sure every training session is maximised to your benefit.

24N Physio offers an immediate solution for both acute injuries and anyone who may be in chronic pain. Our physio Lorenzo will assess, diagnose and treat with the most suitable therapy. For anyone who might perhaps feel afraid to start training because of previous injuries or those various niggling pains, an initial consultation with our physio is perfect. We offer movement screening to every client with their initial consultation. This way your trainer will know where potential issues may arise and address these from the outset.

Lorenzo Forghieri

He completed his first degree in Italy followed by two master’s degrees in physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation in London, UK.

 

Lorenzo has a keen interest in musculoskeletal & sports physiotherapy. His passion for working in sports is clear: he has worked with numerous amateur and professional English rugby teams, as well as the Norwegian National team.
