Frédérique Oerlemans

Freddie moved from Belgium to London to complete her BA (hons) in film-making and went on to work freelance in film and television.  Eventually Freddie began working as a digital marketer and content creator for the Levls app.

She has always maintained a strong passion for training and went to complete her Certificated Crossfit Trainer Level 1 before moving to Riyadh. Freddie also coaches at 24NFit alongside her primary role in marketing.
