Before coming out to Saudi Arabia, Jessica was coaching in a CrossFit gym in the UK where I lead CrossFit, functional fitness and weightlifting classes. From ages ranging from teenagers up to 60+. 

CrossFit-style training & weightlifting is where her expertise and passions are; however she enjoys all forms of fitness and is always keen to learn and increase her knowledge.
