Sarah has been in the fitness industry for the last 6 years. Initially working part-time as a Personal Trainer while getting her Master of Science degree in Human Kinetics and Ergonomics, until she found CrossFit, she fell in love with the sport and decided to become an L-1 certified CrossFit Trainer.
